"STRESS BRINGS ON MY MS...": "Kathy Holmberg was 22, working as a clerk typist for the city of Los Angeles when the first signs of multiple sclerosis appeared. For Holmberg, stress often brings on an MS attack. The attacks affect everything, especially her eyes. She wears glasses with 10 prisms in the lenses to correct the double vision she experiences. Her vision problems increased after she and her husband divorced after 20 years of marriage. Once the stress diminished, her vision returned to its previous level.
